We currently ship to customers within the United States and Canada. All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. facility.

Most orders are processed and shipped same day when placed before our daily cutoff time.
Shipping Timeframes
Transit times vary based on destination and carrier, but most customers receive their orders within 1–3 business days after shipment.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, we offer free shipping on select products or during promotional periods. Eligible products will clearly display free shipping on the checkout page. Promotional free shipping applies only to the products specified and only during the promotional dates listed.

We use trusted carriers such as Speedee, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on product size, weight, and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note: receiving a tracking number does not always mean the package has left our facility — tracking updates may take several hours to appear.
Shipping to Canada
Orders shipped to Canada may incur import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are set by Canadian customs and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. UPS requires these import fees to be paid by the customer before the package can be delivered.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
