Red Drum Install Kit

Install kit for LSP (Lake Shore Products) older winches that have a red drum.  The drum is what the cable wraps around.  This kit allows you to remove the boat lift wheel and install a Lift Tech Marine direct drive motor.  All Lift Tech Marine direct drive boat lift motors need the correct install kit to attach the motor to the boat lift.
