Lift Tech Marine Red Drum Install Kit will only work on older LSP (Lake Shore Products) winches that have a red drum.  The drum is what the cable wraps around.

This kit lets you remove the boat lift wheel and install a Lift Tech Marine direct drive motor. All Lift Tech Marine direct drive boat lift motors need the correct install kit.
